Kausalya is a passionate and energetic soft skills trainer. She also conducts English language enhancement and Voice & accent programs. Her ability to connect to people of all age groups and from varied profiles gives helps her break the ice and build rapport with the participants. She has over 10 years’ experience which includes about 3 years in the BPO industry and 7 years in training individuals from industries varying from IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Bio Sciences and Educational Institutions. Besides the Bachelor’s degree in Communicative English, English Literature and Psychology from Bangalore, she also holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and Public Administration. She is also a PG Diploma holder in Human Resource Management and has completed a Diploma program from the Commonwealth in Youth Development Program.
